Sibu International BASE Jump 2018 took place from 20th to 23rd September. Jumping was off Wisma Sanyan on the island of Borneo in Sibu, Sarawak, East Malaysia. Standing 126 meters high Wisma Sanyan is the tallest building in East Malaysia.
Over 4 days of BASE jumping 805 BASE jumps were completed by 32 BASE jumpers from 13 countries.
Participants were from Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United States.
The welcoming atmosphere and hospitality in Sibu is the best we have experienced in Malaysia.
On the final evening BASE jumpers were treated to a closing dinner and celebreation at Rumah Panjang Danial Bujal longhouse.
